construction industry, coupled with his inside knowledge of

Sherry Garberich

With more than 20 years of experience in banking, real
estate and escrow, Sherry Garberich brings a wealth of
knowledge to real estate finance. It is that experience,
which is so valuable when negotiating the myriad of details
in a financial transaction. With her industry knowledge and
" hands on" experience, she is able to both demystify the
process and to anticipate and act proactively to insure
hassle free lender transactions. Backed by America’s most
reputable financial institutions and investors, Sherry is
able secure the best available loan package for her clients. A dedicated professional, who listens and responds to the
needs of each client, Sherry is there to "make it happen". |
| Michelle Zolotas, our “Senior Processor/Underwriter” at Landmark
Financial has been in the finance industry since 1980.
Michelle has past experience as a bank teller, an accounting
clerk, and mortgage lending. “Finance” is her field of
expertise. Patience and attention to detail are two of
the most valuable assets that lend themselves to helping
create such a fabulous processor. Computer knowledge
and the most current on line technology are invaluable to
her as she submits loans to get the electronic approvals
within hours, or on special occasion, minutes.
Michelle has two adults sons and a two year old grandson,
Andrew, who is the “light of her life”. She loves
spending time with her family, and enjoying her quiet time
at home with her three cats. She loves the beach,
music and collecting sunsets. Michelle has lived in
Ventura since 1976 which gives her additional insight into
our area and the real estate market which is our base.
Every loan officer at Landmark depends on her abilities,
timely approvals, and excellence in quality control of all
files. She is an extremely valuable asset to Landmark. |

Taylor Hayes

Taylor Hayes, the Junior Loan
Processor at Landmark Financial has been with us for
the last two years. Taylor’s abilities and her quick wit
make her such a valuable asset to our team at Landmark.
Taylor is currently a student at Ventura College working to
acquire her degree in business. She is a hard working
single mom who has an adorable two and half year old son,
Austin. He is a delightful, handsome young man!
Tenacity is an adjective that would apply to this young
woman. Her intelligence and determination will take her far
in her pursuit of finance and business skills. We hope
to be able to keep her on staff once she finishes her degree
and continues her growth in the industry. Any company would
be very lucky to have her talents and make her a part of
their staff. |
| Kathy Gray’s experience started in banking, escrow,
mortgage lending, and as a Certified & Background Screened
Notary Signing Agent. Through the years, Kathy has worked
her way up from a Jr. Loan Processor to a Sr. Loan Processor
with Underwriting authority for a local direct lender. She
has experience in both Retail and Wholesale Lending. Since
her decision in late 2007 to join NAHREP (National
Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), she
became a Loan Officer. Her sincere determination,
dependability, experience, knowledge, and Spanish-speaking
ability is what her clients and local Realtors seek. She
believes that teamwork is the key to a successful home
buying or refinancing experience. Her mission and personal
goal is to provide the best professional and friendly
service before, during, and after, the loan closes. |
